Peacefully at Vision Nursing Home, Sarnia, with his family by his side, Albert Wygergangs passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the age of 67. Dear brother of Josie (Bert) Renes, Peter (Nellie) Wygergangs and Henry (Ingrid) Wygergangs. Brother-in-law to Jeanie Wygergangs, Norm Lebert. Survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Lambertus and Antonia, brother Joe and sisters, Mary and Jane (Andy) and brother-in-law Edward VanGoethem. Albert was born in the Netherlands and worked for St.Joseph’s Hospital for 30 years. He was a long time member of Bethel Pentecostal Church; he enjoyed attending the Bible studies and the help and support he received from the fellowship. Albert loved to dance, attend family birthday parties and was a member of the CBD Club. Albert will be missed by his friends at the coffee shop, and by all those who knew and loved him. He was very appreciative of the support he received from his family, especially the care provided by Henry and Ingrid. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00- 9:00 pm at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. A funeral service will be held at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 1565 London Line, Sarnia, on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 1855 London Line, Sarnia. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Bluewater Health Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
