Mark had a love for Motorcycle Racing and welcomed many into the sport by helping out without asking for anything in return, all he wanted was to pass on his knowledge and passion. Gary was a retired Vice President of Academics at St. Clair College, a double graduate from the University of Windsor and an accomplished academic author. Gary was instrumental in creating the Green Path Committee for St. Clair Beach. He was an avid golfer at Kingsville Golf and Country Club where he scored his two holes in one. With broken hearts we announce the death of the husband and soul mate of Carole and father of their children, Jean François, Gabrielle and Kelly Roth, on June 16th 2014, at the age of 58. His passing was no doubt attended by an honour guard of angels.  Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Lorraine Papineau. Son-in-law of Carmen Labonne. Loving brother of Yvonne Vickerd (Dan), Pauline Burnand (Rick), Marie-Jeanne Mailloux (John) and Maurice Papineau (Kelly).Cherished brother-in-law of Normand Prévost (Jacqueline), Marie-Paule Dubois (André), Marcel Prévost, Robert Prévost (Huguette), Danielle Gélinas (Guy), Réjeanne Bracken (2003) (Ernie and Mary), Guy Bessette (2012) and Roch Bessette (2003). Lovingly adored by his godchildren, Danielle Vickerd and Michel Gélinas. Also loved and survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Jean-Paul was one of a kind. He loved his family beyond all measure. He would be giddy as a schoolboy on his way home to see his wife and his pride in his kids shone through his eyes and his irrepressible smile. Committed partner, with his brother Maurice, of Clover Leaf Farms, and long-time dedicated driver for Vickerd Bros/Rims. JP could often be seen with his steady “hands on the wheel”, whether out on the highway, moving from farm to field, or lining up perfect rows of fresh cut grass. He had his “hands on the wheel” in all aspects of his life, as he was devoted to being the best husband, father, brother, uncle and friend that he could be.May everyone find and cherish a JP in their lives. Parkhurst, Harvey M.

Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on June 16, 2014 at 92 years of age. Reunited with his loving wife Anne (2005). Beloved father of Blair Parkhurst, Jill (Mike) O’Hearn and Tim (Tanya) Parkhurst. Loving Gramps of Sean, Rory, Tim and Ryan. He will be sadly missed by his special friend Flo Dalton, many nieces, nephews and other dear friends. Harvey graduated at age 19 from the University of Manitoba with a B.Sc. majoring in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics yet he still managed to play on 5 hockey teams. During WWII he was an R.C.A.F. meteorologist, forecasting weather and training pilots in Estevan, Saskatchewan and Gimli, Manitoba. He spent the rest of his career with Alcan in Arvida, Quebec and Kingston, Ontario as a research and computer scientist. Harvey was a humble, tolerant and kind man, as well as a talented athlete. He participated in a wide variety of sports and intellectual pursuits. Special thank you to Dr. Chevalier, CCAC, the staff at St. Elizabeth, Kensington Court and Huron Lodge as well as the nurses and doctors at Met Campus. Passed away suddenly surrounded by loving family and friends on June, 12, 2014 at the age of 59. Loving husband to Tamara, father of Randy Jr., (Janisse) Ryan, (Lisa) Jo’el, Lukas, Sam, and the late Shawn. Brother to Heather, (Kellie) Krystal (Raymond), Ronald and John Frezza. Grandfather of Austin, Kaila, Hailey, and Savannah. Son of the late Joan McDonough and Ron Doughty. Proud papa of Lily and Harley. Uncle to Joey, Kayla, Amanda, the late Tyler and the late Justin. Randy was a great friend to many and a proud retired Chrysler worker after 32 years. He enjoyed watching sports and was a huge Leafs, Tigers and Lions fan.

Loving father of Gerard and wife Janice Moore, Greg and wife Carol Moore, Bruce Moore, Brian Moore, Jeff and wife Krisanne Moore.   Predeceased by parents Henry and Josephine Moore. Cherished grandfather of Sean and Tammy, Meighan, Brandon and Stephanie, Jennifer, Ryan and Nicole, Jon Eric, Candise, Kalynn, Justin, Erin, and Sarah. Great grandfather of Jocelyn, McKenzie, Destiny, McKayla, Addison, Jackson, and Carter. Missed by brother James “Chuck”. Predeceased by siblings Harry, Annie Chambers, Mary Farmer, Alfred “Bill”, Margaret Adams, and Amelia Gibbs. Survived by in laws Celeste Larsen, Helen Knox, Juanda Maurice, Ruth Maurice, RoseMarie Maurice, Bernard and Mary Lou Maurice, Jeanne Shepley, Rosemary Vasseur. Albert proudly served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII, was a member of the Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council 9500 and the 4th Degree Dean Wagner Assembly, and was a past president of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Sacred Heart Parish for many years. He was a dedicated parishioner, lecture, and Eucharistic minister at Sacred Heart Parish. Our father was an avid outdoorsman and worked on Fighting Island retiring when he was 82. A sincere thank you goes to Devonshire Retirement Home and Huron Lodge Nursing Home for their dedication and excellent care. Murray: Marie of West Lorne, Ont.

Nanny New1Sadly on February 13th, surrounded by her loving family, Marie Murray lost her courageous battle with cancer. Marie is survived by and was a faithful wife to Stewart: a loving mother to Heather & Jim and James & Christopher. Dotting grandmother to Stacey & Stephen and Sarah & Jeremy. Marie was a proud daughter of the late Norman & Marie Rapelje of Dutton, Ontario, descendents of a founding family of Southwestern Ontario. Marie was one of four siblings: a beloved sister to Caroline and her late husband Tom, Linda and her husband Dan, predeceased by her brother George. Marie is greatly missed by her loving family. We are thankful she is now at peace.
