WILHELMwebGeraldine “Gerry” Wilhelm, of Hanover, peacefully with her family by her side at Brucelea Haven, was called home to the Lord on Saturday, November 02, 2013. She was 77.

Born in Carrick Township to Edward and Amelia (nee Benninger) Grubb on September 6, 1936.

Survived by loving husband Norbert Wilhelm of Hanover, son Greg (Kim) Wilhelm of Carlsruhe, daughter Shelley (Keith) Karl of Guelph, grandchildren Kole, Mikaela and Ramogi. Dear sister of John (Joan) Grubb, Raymond Grubb  both of Walkerton, Austin Grubb of Mildmay, Walter (Anne) Grubb, Francis (Brenda) Grubb both of Listowel, Lucille (Richard) Miller of Kitchener, Doreen Weber, Shirley Grubb, Phyllis (Don) Niesen and sister in law Leona Grubb all of Walkerton. Predeceased by her siblings Dorothy Wilhelm, Edward Grubb, Marlene and Joseph in infancy.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Tuesday 2:00 – 3:30 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm with Vigil Rites at 3:30 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 06, 2013 at 10:00 am, at Holy Family Church.  Father Gary Schlack officiating.  Interment in Holy Family Cemetery, Hanover.

Memorial donations to Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Arthritis Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
