Peacefully, Jean Webb passed away at the age of 87 surrounded by her family at Bluewater Health. Beloved wife of Fredrick Philip Webb for 67 years. Loving mother of Adrian (Nancy) Webb, Jennifer (Ronald) Gordon, and Joanne Webb (Ronald Broda). Nanny adored her grandchildren and they were all “perfect!” Aaron and Christopher Webb, Matthew (Lindsay) and Daniel Gordon, Taylor, Eden, and Dylan Broda. Also special to her were Scott (Stacy), Mark (Patti), and Chris (Claire) Gordon, and their families. Jean was a dear Auntie to Irene Gifford and was also loved by many nieces and nephews both in Canada and England. Special sister-in-law of Joyce Webb (Brantford) , and Peter and Mavis Webb (England).
Jean was born in Liverpool England, the second youngest of nine musical children. Jean was a gifted musician who passed on her lifelong love of music to her grandchildren. She was a wealth of wisdom and Liverpudlian wit, which she was always ready to share. Jean loved her family, her friends and her God. Jean was baptized into the Christadelphian faith in 1945 and now rests in the hope of the Resurrection by God’s grace.
Thank you to Dr. Glen Maddison and his team at St. Joseph’s Hospice for the wonderful and compassionate care. Sarnia is very blessed. And thank you to Jean’s “caring” caregivers for making every day special.
