Trottier, Jules Joseph of St. Thomas, passed away on Thursday, February 20th, 2014, at the London Health Science Centre (University Campus), in his 75th year. Beloved husband of the late Dale (Chute) Trottier and dearly loved father of Colette Trottier, Mark (Charisse) Trottier, Joel (Corinne) Trottier and Michele (Sandy) Bucholtz. Loved Papa to Alex and Alyssa Bucholtz, Todd, Trinity and Bailey Trottier. Dear brother of Roger (Shirley) Trottier, Henri (Denise) Trottier, Louis (Stella) Trottier and Aline Melnychuk. Greatly missed by family, neighbours and friends. Jules was born in Iroquois Falls (Montrock), Cochrane on July 7th, 1939, the son of the late Alcide and Winnie (Beaulne) Trottier. He was retired from the London and District Catholic School Board (St. Joseph’s High School). Jules was an avid hockey player and fan and played a number of years in the St. Thomas Oldtimers Hockey Leagues.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Angels’ Church on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow, with private interment of ashes in Holy Angels’ Cemetery. No visitation prior to the service. Flowers gratefully declined. Remembrances may be made to the Holy Angels’ Restoration Fund, or charity of choice. Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas in charge of arrangements.
