web_Susko_JosephPassed away suddenly on April 9, 2013 at the age of 76 years. Loving husband and best friend to Jean, with whom he celebrated 54 years of marriage. Beloved dad to Paul and wife Jolayne, Bradley and wife Catherine, Chris and wife Shannon. Cherished grandpa to Jack, Jonah, Joshua, Zackary, Robyn-Jean, Cain, Matthew and Embyr-Lee.  Dear son to the late John and Mary Susko . Loved brother to John Susko and his wife Irma and Andy Susko and his wife Truus and the late Michael Susko. Dear son-in-law to William and Catherine Goswick. Dear brother-in-law to John Goswick and the late William Goswick. Joe will be missed by his niece and nephews. Joe retired from International Freight Systems 12 years ago. Joe was an avid walker and was seen daily walking on the Ganatchio Trail. His love of the outdoors was also evident in his passion for boating. Joe and Jean were members at the Windsor Yacht Club and owned a number of boats over the years. Joe was also a member of the Riverside Sportsmen Club. The family would like to extend their thanks to the various medical professionals who assisted in his care over the years. A special thanks to the EMS personnel, Windsor Fire Services, staff at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus Emergency and the caring friends at Solidarity Towers who assisted prior to his passing. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Windsor Regional Hospital Cancer Centre. Cremation has taken place.
