St. Pierre, Dr. Gerald Leo

Born into eternal life on March 6, 2012 in his 92nd year.  Married to Rosemary (nee Traynor) for 61 years.  Loving father of Maureen Greff (Emod), Gerry (Kathy), Shannon Cuzen (Grant), Jennifer (fiancé David Pepper), Mary Claire and Stephanie McGaffey (Ken).  Proud grandpa of Andrea (Jason Keller), Stephen (Kelly), Paul (fiancée Tanya Larmon), Michael, Peter and David Greff; Gerry (Sarah), Danielle (Chris Edgar), and Michelle (Justin Flood);  Jeffrey (Brigit), Emily (Matt Horvath), Meghan, Holly and Luke Cuzen;  Robert, Barbara and Brian Sadai; Shannon, Sean, Corinne and Mary McGaffey.  Great-grandfather of Grace Keller, Lillianne, Hannah and Noah Greff;  Caroline, Wesley and Jane St. Pierre, Noelle, Joseph, and William Edgar;  Gregory, Reed and Maeve Cuzen.   Born in 1920, Dr. Gerald was the 11th of 16 children of  George and Regina (Parent). Brother of Pauline Marcotte, Maurice, Joanne Mahoney, Russell and Joseph.  Predeceased by Clarice, Corinne Chandler, Bernadette (Sister Regina OSU), Marie Burns, Alida Coughlin, Eugene, Annabelle Laframboise, Alphonse, Frank, and Jack. He served in the Canadian Air Force in WWII and was a proud graduate of the University of Western Ontario School of Medicine (1950) which was made up entirely of war veterans.  Dr. St. Pierre was proud to serve his patients for almost 45 years, during which time he had a long and close association with Grace and Riverview Hospitals.  In kindness a donation to Good Shepherd Building Fund or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Visiting Thursday,  from 3 -5, 7-9 pm with parish prayers at 7:30 pm. Funeral Friday at 10 am from Families First 1065 Lauzon Rd. East Windsor, 519-969-5841 to Good Shepherd Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am.
