81 years, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Beloved wife of Pastor Andrew Sich for 65 blessed years. Loving mother of Anna McDougall (Eric), Rachel Haggitt (Larry), and the late David. Proud and cherished grandmother of Kerri and the late Jeffery. Dear sister of Suzie Shagat (late Steve), Julia Makish (Steve), the late Katka Chrcek (late Steve). Survived by several nieces and nephews. Annie was a longtime member of the United Pentecostal Church in Leamington and was Secretary for many years of the Regional Ladies Ministries. Annie was retired from the H.J. Heinz Co. In her younger years, Annie enjoyed playing the auto harp which lead to her playing piano and singing. She always had a passion for baking, cooking and crocheting. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) Thursday from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Annie’s life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery to follow.
