Semple, William “Ted” Edward Leslie of St. Thomas, passed away on Tuesday, September 4th, 2012, at the L.H.S.C. in his 54th year. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Kathryn Craig and loved father of William “Brock” Semple (Tina) of London, Ian Semple of St. Catharines and Aaron Semple of London. Loved son of Irene (Hardy) Sanderson (Herb) of Dorchester and the late William “Bill” Semple and step-father of Sheena Penley, David Penley and Wendy Roe. Loved grandfather of Treena, Pierce, Maurice and Gabriella, Braydon, Leiland, Zoe and Vayda. Dear grandson of Helen Bengough of London. Dear brother of Moira Bell (Fergus), Maureen Craig (Ian), Deirdrie Semple and Sandra Sanderson-Parsons (Lee Kowall), all of London. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Ted was born in London on December 24th, 1958. He had worked at McCormicks and then Premco Machine. Ted played darts in the Monday Nite Legion League.

Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Friday at 12:00 p.m. Interment to take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London on Friday at 3:30 p.m. Visitation Thursday from 7-9 and Friday from 11:00-12:00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
