Phillip ScottSCOTT, Phillip C. “Phil”, of Cambridge, ON, formerly of Georgetown and London, passed away at his residence on Friday, January 2, 2015, in his 33rd year. Beloved son of Robert “Bob” and Rebecca “Becky” (nee Dell) Scott. Dearly loved brother of Lerah Scott Kahn (Derek) of Ashland, KY. Dear nephew of Betty Scott of Barrie, and Richard “Dick” and Vicky Halliday of Bridgewater, NS. Also fondly remembered by Nikki Zorychta, Henry “Hank” and Debbie Kahn, as well as many friends. Phil was born on September 9, 1982 in London, ON. He was a material handler at The Day & Ross Transportation Group, Brampton and Woodstock. Phil was an avid hockey and football fan, an enthusiastic traveler, and loved animals. The funeral service will be held at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160) on Thursday, January 8th at 1:30 p.m. Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Wednesday evening, January 7th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service. Following cremation, interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ingersoll. Memorial donations to Pets/Friends for Life or the charity of one’s choice gratefully acknowledged.
