Passed away peacefully on September 24, 2014, surrounded by her family. Lucie est née en 1926 à Tingwick, Québec. Elle a demeurée à Cornwall jusqu’en 1956 lorsqu’elle a déménagée à Windsor pour commencer sa famille. Dear wife of the late Stanley (2005). Beloved mother of Linda Renaud Fisher (John), Lise (Brent), Louise (Michael), Carole Anne (Henry), and Paul (Pam), and the late Lisette (1959). Chère mémé de: Albric (Amanda), Léna Szakaly (Steven), Lisette (Blake), Justin Paquette (Vanessa), Natalie and Rachelle (Scott), Joël, Sylvie (Josh), Matia, Jason Fisher (Elisa), and Sarah Fisher. Dear G mém of Pearl Szakaly and Selene. Chère fille de Médard et Dorilla DeSerres. Dear sister of Laure Burelle (late Raymond); Fernande Fobert (Arnold); Marie Labelle and the late (Maurice); Gaston DeSerres (Thérèse); and predeceased by Fernand Deserres (Olive); Rose St. Pierre (Joseph); Réjeanne Beauregard (Royal); and 3 other sibblings. Dear sister-in-law to Pearl Mailloux and the late (Joe), Francis Renaud (Isabelle), Raymond Renaud (Elizabeth), and the late Noé (Marge) and Henry and Lilly. Loving “ma tante” to many nieces and nephews. Lucie was a longtime member of R.C.L., Branch 578 Ladies Auxilliary, and a member of Place Concorde. Our Mom lived for her family. We were blessed to have her in our lives. We were saddened by her passing, but will forever have her in our hearts. Our sincerest thanks to Malden Park 3 North staff and to Seasons Royal Oak Village for the outstanding and compassionate care extended to Mom in her final years.
