Mr. Delas Lloyd Rabideau, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the age of 75 years.

Delas was born in Dover Township and was a son of the late Clifford and Anne (DeBurger) Rabideau.

Beloved husband of the late Doris (Waddel) Rabideau.

Dear companion of Patricia “Pat” (Welton) Sowerbutts.

Loving father of Cherrie (Kim) Lalonde, Janet (Joe Tuskan)Everaert, Penny (Tim) Van Dellen, Brad (Karen) Rabideau, Dale (Lisa) Rabideau, Mark (Diane) Sowerbutts, Paul (Peggy) Sowerbutts, Brett Sowerbutts, Mary Beth (Joe) Amelia, Ruthanne Bushey, Dale (Mary Jane) Lowther, Paul (Paula) Lowther and Amy Lowther

Sadly missed by his grandchildren B.J., Kenie-Lee, Chris, Devon, Braydon, Mikayla, Hunter, Shelby-Anne and his many extended grandchildren.

Kind brother of Betty (Leo) Merritt and Bonnie (Larry) Nevills.

Predeceased by a grandson, Jeffrey Charpentier and a brother Joe Rabideau.

Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 7-9 p.m.  The Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 from the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m

Cremation will follow.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.

As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in memory of Delas Rabideau.
