PICARD, FlorianneIn loving memory- Florianne (nee Leduc) Picard.  Born July 30, 1928 Chelmsford, Ontario, she passed away July 11, 2013 at St. Gabriel’s Villa, Chelmsford, Ontario. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Roger Picard (1922 Edmundston, New Brunswick to 1992 Sudbury, Ontario).   Cherished mother to Diane Austen (husband Clayton) and Carol Pitre (husband Denis).  Cherished Memere to Roger Coggins (wife Stephanie) and Adam Pitre (wife Tina) and Tracy Ashley (husband Scott) and Tyler Austen (partner Gary). Great-grandmemere to Dakota Coggins, Mackenzie Coggins, Abigail Pitre, Joshua Pitre, Mitchell Ashley and Collin Ashley. Predeceased by her parents Louis Leduc (1902 Ste. Justine de Newton, Quebec to 1986 Sudbury, Ontario, son of Rosina Brosseau and Joseph Leduc of St. Justine de Newton) and Rose Alba (Lacelle) Leduc (1903 Chelmsford, Ontario to 1987 Sudbury, Ontario, daughter of Eliza Pepin and Thiode (Theodore) Lacelle of Papineauville Quebec).  Also predeceased by her siblings Florence Cox, Ernest Leduc and Pauline Spiers.  Survived by her sisters-in law Isabelle Leduc and Lorraine Picard and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Gabriel’s Villa for their care and compassion towards Florianne and her family.  Our Beautiful Florianne was most at peace with birds and nature. A Memorial in the Park will be held Wednesday July 24, 2013 from 7 to 8 pm. Florianne’s family invites friends for cake and coffee and conversation, at the William Bell Gazebo (Bell Park – top of the hill, main beach).  Donations, in lieu of flowers, to Wild at Heart Wildlife Refuge Centre (705-692-4478) would be appreciated.  Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Cooperative Funeral Home (Sudbury).
