Loving mother of Paulette (Albert) Rochon, Tish “Patricia” (Frank) Godfrey, Patrick (Catherine Rae) Paszt, Paul (Susan) Paszt and Esther (Mark) Williamson. Cherished grandmother of Amanda and Marc Rochon; Jeremy (Sharyln) Godfrey, Jessica (Ryan) Kelly, Patrick Godfrey and Hannah (Matt) Degeer; Alex, Rebecca and Andrew Paszt; Nathan and Kaytie Paszt; and Luke and Emily Williamson. She will be sadly missed by six great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014 from 9-10am at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, Cobourg. A mass of Christian burial at 10:30am to follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Cobourg. Interment St. Michael’s cemetery. As the youngest of eight children, Helen cherished her memories of growing up on the family farm on Indian River and the river was rooted in her thoughts throughout her life. After she left school, she worked as a drafts person for Genelco where she worked on the blueprints for the Lancaster Bomber. Here she met and married Pat, the love of her life. They moved to Cobourg where they raised five children. Helen later returned to work at Leonard’s Jewellers where she completed the Diamond Gemology Course. Her core values were her religion and her family. She gave all of herself to her family her entire life and will be missed by us all.
