PAGAN, DuilioBorn, August 8, 1922, Lussingrandé, Italy.

Deceased, March 9, 2014, Sudbury, Ontario.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Antoinette (née Pella) Pagan.  Predeceased by his parents Santo Pagan and Modesta (née Ballarin) Pagan.  Survived by his son Terry Pagan (Laurie).  He is also predeceased by his siblings Narcisa, Guido, Luigi, Bruna, Maricci, Roméo, Tiziano, Norma and Giovanni.  Duilio will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews in the Pagan and Pella families.  He served in the Italian Navy and immigrated to Canada about 1952 where he worked at INCO for over 30 years.  Duilio loved nothing more than making wine, fishing, gardening and watching the birds go by.  He also loved to spend time with his dogs Chi-Chi and Cozmo.  His garden was appreciated by his family, his friends and neighbours with whom he generously shared the harvest.  Keeping with Duilio’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  A memorial mass will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at St-Patrick’s Church, Sudbury.  Donations (by cheque only) to the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be appreciated.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
