Loving grandfather of Lorie (Mark) & Jason (Nicole); Shannon (Steph), Ashley (Joe) & Daniel; Shawn & Holly; and Ellee & Will. Cherished great grandfather of 11 great grandchildren. Brother of Merle (Wendy), Shirley, Sandra (Dalton), Robert (Debbie) and Reg (Joanne). As the founder of Flexmore Industries in Bolton, he has touched the lives of many in the trucking industry. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Anna [Grace] Lumley [Lunn] at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday May 31, 2014 in her 85th year. Daughter of the late Archie & Ruby [Cameron] Lunn of Wallacetown. Beloved wife of the late Laurance Lumley. Loving mother of Michael [Barb] Lumley of Medicine Hat Alberta. Survived by her sister Louie [Don] Lackey, and sisters-in-law Shirley Lunn, Jessie Lunn, Geraldine Lunn, Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Leonard, Russell, Raymond, Lloyd, Maxwell [Louise], Eleanor [John] Wallace, and brother and sister-in-law Don and Mary Lumley. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Grace worked in the Tyrconnell area for the majority of her married life collecting eggs. She moved to St Thomas area later where she worked at S.T.E.G.H. in Central Supply. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 3, 2-4 and 7-9 at the Arn Funeral Home 193 Shackleton St Dutton where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 4, at 11:00 am. Ruth was an active member of the London Kiwanis Seniors Community Centre enjoying both art and ceramics classes. Margaret passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the age of 92 to be with her Lord. Beloved wife of the late Angus (Gus) McKinnon (1973). Loving mother of son Bill (Louise) daughter Mary-Jo (Harold) and grandmother to Corey, Emily and Alexander. (Gi Gi) to Natalie & Ryan. Margie was the last surviving McLean sister. Predeceased by sisters Marie McLean, Patricia Doyle, Carmie Burke, Ruth Kyte and Josie Robertson. Special Aunt to Pat (Wayne) Fields, Lynn (Larry) Blain, The MacKinnon family as well as several nieces and nephews in Nova Scotia, the U.S. and Canada. Special friend to Sheila & Dale Hill of Farmington Hills. Thank you to the many friends and family who supported our mother over the years. Margie worked in the data processing department of Chrysler for 35 years and was a member of the Chrysler Girls Club. Margie was an active church member at St. John Vianney Parish. mother1_picAt Lambton Meadowview Villa on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, Katarzyna (Katherine) Zabokrzycki  passed away at the age of 95. Mother of Michael and Henry and sister of Michael Swacha (Chicago). Predeceased by her mother Anna, husband Michael and brother Walter. She will be missed by daughter-in-law Joan and grand-daughter Margaret. She was born on the day World War I ended. During World War II she served as a Royal Air Force WAAF stationed in Rhodesia. Together with her husband, brothers and mother she escaped invading Nazi forces in Poland, and after a long and difficult journey through Russia and the Middle East, she immigrated to Canada in 1950. Here, she raised her family and prospered after a difficult childhood and early adult life during times of political instability, economic hard times, revolution and wars in Europe. She was a good mother, hard worker, terrific Polish cook and will be missed. May she rest in peace. In keeping with Katarzyna’s wishes, no service will be held. Karel Peter van Rensen, May 28, 2014, and Anne Patricia (Dempsey) van Rensen, May 30, 2014, orf Appin Ontario,left this world, together forever. Loved parents of Ellen (Bob) Brisebois, Paulina (Jason) Robertson and Jennifer van Rensen. Kind, loving brother of Rita (Ed) Bouwmeester, Kit (Jim) Puddephatt and brother-in-law to Annie. “Our Anne” to Dot and Steve (Margaret) of England. Anne and Peter will be missed by their nieces and nephews in Canada, USA, England and Holland. Our parents enjoyed the simple things in life, be it family dinners, playing cards or spending countless hours on a boat with their life-friends, Gabriella and George Miholics. After immigrating to Canada, Mom and Dad married and had recently celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary. Nana and Opa’s lights of their life, Jillian and Meagan Brisebois , Karson and Channer Robertson. Be it tea parties, impromptu dance recitals or cars and historical chats, Nana and Opa were happiest in the company of their “little ones”. Peter was synonymous with Glencoe Minor Soccer for over 30 years, many years after his own children were no longer involved. Always the willing volunteer, Dad was always where he needed to be. Quick wit and easy nature, Mom and Dad, forever dedicated, to family and friends, will live on in the life lessons to their children and grandchildren. loxtonwebJOSHUA ALLEN DAVID LOXTON – Born January 31, 1989. With great sadness suddenly at home on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, Joshua Loxton age 25 of Sarnia. Son of Michele Loxton and John Loxton Sr. (Carol Faubert). Joshua is the brother of John Loxton (Jessica Hayward) , Chantal (Aaron Furstenau), Nicholas Moyer, Riley Loxton, Elizabeth Moyer Harrison (Jerry), Allister Moyer (Tammy), Adam Moyer, Josh Moyer, Aaron Moyer and grandson of Ernest Popen (the late Grace Worton) and stepfather Allen Moyer. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Josh loved his family and loved life. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends and by his dad’s dog Kemo. A Celebration of Josh’s Life will take place at the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION CENTRE on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with family and friends being received at the funeral home one hour prior to service time. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Bluewater Health Withdrawal Management Program .

Peacefully at her home in Glencoe, on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, Jacqueline Eleanor McCullough passed away in her 85th year. Predeceased by her husband Tom McCullough (1998). Dear mother of Kim, Tim (Tammy), Greg (Cynthia), Jan and Mike Kidd, Tom (Kim), Ken (Lori) and Shawn (Lee-Anne). Loved by her grandchildren; Paul Smith, Jamie McCullough, Katie Vandenhende, Shannan Goncalves, David, Derek, Denver, Cameron and Evan McCullough and her 2 great grandsons Joshua and Oliver. Also survived by 2 sisters Dorothy Brooks and Dianne O’Leary. In keeping with Jackie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Hills, NeilPeacefully at his home, in Brooke Twp., on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, Neil A. Hills passed away in his 76th year. Predeceased by his wife Glenna (Munro) (2011). Dear father of Ron (Angela), Randy (Norma) and Doug (Pam) and grandfather to Aaron (Kelly), Kyle (Taylor), Becky (Bob), Krissy (Scott), Sarah and Jake. Son of the late Neil and Mary Ann (McLachlan) Hills. Neil A. was a proud father and grandfather, farmer and avid sportsman. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Visitation Centre, 3232 River St., Alvinston on Sunday evening from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday June 2 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. FERGUS:  Alfred Leonard ‘Fergie’  (Longtime Alcan Employee – Retired)

 

Entered into rest peacefully on Thursday, May 29th, 2014 at the Kingston General Hospital in his 84th year.  Beloved husband of 61 years of Marion ‘Lou’ Fergus.  Loved father of George(Brenda), Lenny(Frances), Perry(Rhonda), Monty(Lori), Cindy(Alex). Predeceased by his daughter Lucy Mae(1963), grandson Chance (2002) great granddaughter Cheyenne Lee.  Fondly remembered by his 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Chas Fergus and Lexi Watters both of Nova Scotia.  At Leonard’s request a private family gathering will take place at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to either the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Association which can be placed directly to the organization or through the PAUL G.
