He was skilled and well respected in his field. He was often the go to person to help uncover medical mysteries. Denis was an avid outdoorsman. Fishing and hunting were his passion. Most of his weekends were spent trying to catch the big one. Denis took an active interest in anything nature related like gardening, bird watching, hiking and kayaking. You’d never get lost if he was around; he was a great compass and guide. But most of all, Denis was a devoted family man. He adored his children. They meant the world to him. All that knew him would agree that Denis added spark and laughter to all social gatherings. His quick wit was often on display. He was a loyal friend, generous in nature and always made you feel welcomed in his home or cottage. A celebration of Denis life was held at the chapel of the Cooperative Funeral Home on March 20th, 2015 with Father Jean-Paul Jolicoeur officiating. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who stood by Denis during these difficult years. Your unwavering support will never be forgotten.
