Beloved daughter of Alec Breadner (Susan) and Diana Gagnon-Breadner (Harold Patterson). Cherished partner of Adam Solomon. Loving granddaughter of Doris Breadner (late William). Predeceased by her grandparents Regina and Roger Gagnon. Dear sister of Joey Breadner (Tiffany) and Alec Jr. Breadner. Sadly missed by her extended family,relatives and friends. Laurent loved music and was known for his violin and guitar playing. His faith was very strong and always present. Beloved parents of Leigh Arseneau (Nicole) of Oshawa and Tyler Arseneau (Alisa) of Hamilton. Cherished grandparents of Logan Tyler Arseneau and Ilias Paul Arseneau. She was a role model to her fellow co-workers and always there to help others. She will be remembered as being a happy, smiley, pleasant person. Dear brother of Lily Jutras (Ray), Irene Kozicki (Ray Watier), Edward Jr. (Mariette), Richard, Susan Kozicki- Pan (Tony), Kristina Kozicki (Glen Brisson), Stanley and Michael. Special uncle to Sasha, Tiffany, Maggie, Stefanie (Dave), Ryan (Jenna), Chad (June), Chelsea, Nicholas (Ashley), Jason and Jeffrey. Tady loved life and he loved to smile; in return he received many smiles back. He was funny, kind, gentle and always willing to lend a hand. He was a hard worker and never let any of his challenges get in the way of living life to the fullest. Tady enjoyed sports, music, camping, nature and especially loved animals. He will always be remembered by the joy he brought to our family and anyone who knew him. GUERIN, DenisIn loving memory of Denis Guerin. It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden death of their beloved Denis who passed away on March 12, 2015 at the age of 53. Loving father of Paul, Sophie and Eric. Faithful husband of Anne Julien ( predeceased). Cherished son of Gilberte and Robert ( predeceased). Dear brother of Michel (Paulette) and Roanne Dutrisac ( Rob). Sadly missed by nieces and nephews Natalie, Marc, Kevin and Janelle. Fondly remembered by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Born on February 20th, 1962, Denis was raised and schooled in Sudbury. Denis was a lab technologist for over 25 years at the former Laurentian Hospital. He was skilled and well respected in his field. He was often the go to person to help uncover medical mysteries. Denis was an avid outdoorsman. Fishing and hunting were his passion. Most of his weekends were spent trying to catch the big one. Denis took an active interest in anything nature related like gardening, bird watching, hiking and kayaking. You’d never get lost if he was around; he was a great compass and guide. But most of all, Denis was a devoted family man. He adored his children. They meant the world to him. All that knew him would agree that Denis added spark and laughter to all social gatherings. His quick wit was often on display. He was a loyal friend, generous in nature and always made you feel welcomed in his home or cottage. A celebration of Denis life was held at the chapel of the Cooperative Funeral Home on March 20th, 2015 with Father Jean-Paul Jolicoeur officiating. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who stood by Denis during these difficult years. Your unwavering support will never be forgotten.

Married to the love of his life Yolande (née Pilon) Jones for 62 wonderful years. Predeceased by his parents John and Artimise (née Raymond) Jones. Loving father of René (Denise) and Brian (Gail) both of Sudbury. Predeceased by his siblings. Cherished grandfather of Julie Jones-Suchoplas (James) of Azilda, Christopher Jones (Ashley Pine), Randy Jones, Scott Jones all of Sudbury and great-grandfather of Kanen, Mikael, Avery and Abigail. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Moe worked for 38 years at Falconbridge Nickel Mines and then enjoyed 30 years of retirement doing what he liked best. He loved playing guitar and singing in his band “Moe Jones and the Country Pick Ups”. In his younger years he could be found entertaining in bars, for weddings, and anniversary celebrations. Later in life he played at the Minnow Lake Legion and for the last 13 years at the Lockerby Legion. A funeral mass will take place on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Holy Redeemer Church. Beloved Father of Suzanne Dénommé (late, Brian), Diane Montpellier (Léo-Paul), Marielle McDougall (Mickey), Réjean (Marielle), Annette Castonguay, Alain (Alison), Evelyne Mihaichuk (Allan), Marc and Chantal (Éric). Predeceased by his daughter Christianne Faubert (Gérard). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his 21 grandchildren, his 15 great-grandchildren and his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cherished grandmother of Jean-Noël (Vanina), Gabriel (Jason Sallows), Alice-Ann (Ron Spencer), Danielle, Christine, Dominique (Eric Racette) and of many great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Elizabeth was very involved in her community and parish. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was known for her talent for picking blueberries. Predeceased by her parents Alexandre and Gracia (née Kingsberry) Faubert. Beloved mother of Charles Dignard, Carmen Dignard and Louise Dignard (Mark Cross). Predeceased by her son Jean Dignard (Sharon). Dear sister of Aurèle Faubert (late Lina), Yvon Faubert (Huguette), Henri Faubert (late Maria) and Claudette Gagné (Gilbert). Predeceased by her siblings Lelianne Davilla (Max), Conrad Faubert (Cécile) and Simone Peloquin (late Philippe). Cherished grandmother of Ethan Allan, Aaron, Spencer and Jennifer. Jeanne was a hard working mother, a great cook and baker. She also loved her Timmies coffee. Unexpectedly at Victoria Hospital, London, on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.  Besi in her 89th year. Dance partner and beloved wife of N. V. Quyen for 40 years.  Survived by her sister Roula Tsobanelli and her son Paki from Germany; her niece Mary (David) and their two sons Donald (Jamie) and Daniel in Canada.  She will also be missed by her nieces Soula, Roula, Niki, Dimitroula and their families, and her extended family in Greece. Predeceased by her sisters Hariklia, Dimitra her brothers Christos, Apostolos and baby Andreas.  She was a competitive ballroom dancer with many awards and was happiest when she was on the dance floor. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with memorial prayers at 8 p.m.  by Father Elias Drossos on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at the A. MARTIN: Alvin Ross “Al” of London

Peacefully, at his residence, on Friday, April 24, 2015, in his 89th year. Dedicated father to Paul (Colleen) and Susanna (Mike), and proud grandparent of Megan, Anna, Liam, Shannon and Serena. Predeceased by his wife Bernice (née Zettler) and his sister Hilda. Al was born in Midland, Ontario, and spent his early working years as a ship’s cabinetmaker, which gave him a life-long hobby, producing many fine furniture pieces made to his exacting standards. He later taught himself to make guitars, playing by ear virtually anything. He was an automobile aficionado, and his pride and joy was his 1938 Cadillac, which he spent five years restoring. Al and Bea were a presence in the neighborhood, always willing to help, and he became known as “the man who can fix anything.” He will be missed by many. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Entombment will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery and Holy Family Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Al are asked to consider the Canadian Diabetes Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.

Kirk, Joyce blkPassed away peacefully after a brief illness on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 84.  Loving sister of Margaret Kirk.  Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by sisters; Doris Kirk, Jean Humphries, Betty Mallett, Lois Devereux and Ethel Airdrie, brothers; David, Thomas, George, William, James, Alan, Irwin and Earl.  Joyce retired from Ontario Hydro and was an active member of St. Davids – Queenston United Church.

The family will receive friends at St. Davids-Queenston United Church  1453  York Rd, on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 11 a.m.- 1p.m., followed by the service at 1p.m. Cremation and a private family inurnment to take place at a later date in Fairview Mausoleum.  Those who wish may make a memorial donation to either the St. Davids- Queenston United Church or to Canadian Cancer Society.
