Ayoub2Ayoub, Sandra Irene (née Crosby) passed away on Thursday, April 10th, 2014 at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario after a short, but courageous battle, with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Sandy will be sadly missed by her friends and family. She was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 40 years Richard Ayoub, her mother Irene Margaret Crosby and her father John Wright Crosby. She is survived by her daughter Natasha Ayoub (Brian Douglas), son Andrew Ayoub (Tracy Tontsch), cherished granddaughters Lily and Amber Ayoub, sister Penny McBride, niece Lara McBride Preble (Chris and Shaylen Preble), and sister-in-law Ann Ayoub. Sandy’s love and passion for travel led her to all corners of the earth and sparked friendships all around the world. It is with profound sadness that the Morgan family announces the passing of Eric Hugh Morgan in his 36th year on Friday April 11 at the Sault Area Hospital.  Eric was the loving husband of Heidi ( nee Frech ) and devoted father of Maxwell Morgan.  Beloved son of Bruce and Linda Morgan of Thessalon, Ontario.  Brother to Mike ( Paula ) of Bruce Mines and fun loving uncle to their children Mack and Jake.  Son-in-law to Steve and Gonny Frech of St Joseph Island and brother-in-law of Stefaan Jan.  Eric spent his career as President of Birchland Plywood-Veneer Ltd. and was well respected in the industry.  In his leisure time he enjoyed the outdoors and he especially looked forward to the turning of the leaves so he could go bird hunting with his family.  In keeping with Eric’s wishes there will be a private family service.  Cremation has taken place with spring interment in the family plot at Pine Grove Cemetery.  The family would also like to thank the doctors, nurses and support staff on ICU and 300B of the Sault Area Hospital for their care and compassion.  Donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation gratefully accepted.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, Ontario  www.beggsfh.com

Diann Blonde of Blenheim, much loved wife of Dennis Blonde passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday April 12, 2014.  Diann was born in Chatham 48 years ago to her late parents Charles and Lois (Hopper) Rumble and spent her childhood growing up in the Highgate/Ridgetown areas.  She will be missed greatly by her sons Larry Wood and Richard Wood both of Barrie, by her sister Robbin Smolders of Blenheim, her brothers Richard & Greta Rumble of Alcona Beach, Wayne Rumble of Blenheim, Brian Rumble of Ridgetown and Grant & Linda Rumble of Lucknow as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sister Brenda Osborne and by her nephew Darren Smolders.  Diann will also be missed by Dennis’ parents Michael & Mary Blonde of Shrewsbury, by his sisters Catherine & James Ellis of Midland, Jane & Robert Westhouse of Saskatoon, SK and by his brother Timothy and Susan Blonde of Blenheim.  Diann had a soft spot for children and was employed as a High Needs Itinerant for the Board of Education.  She also loved dogs.  Friends and family are invited to gather at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home on Thursday April 17, 2014 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 to show their support to Diann’s family.  A private family interment will take place at a later date when Diann’s urn will be laid to rest with her mother in Evergreen Cemetery.  Friends wishing to remember Diann with a memorial donation are asked to consider either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides (Autism Program).  Online condolences for the family and memorial donations may be left at www.blenheimcommunityfuneralhome.com

web_Conway, LBorn February 4, 1923 in North Cayuga, Ont.  Passed away peacefully with his beloved wife Muriel “Peggy” (nee Hedden) of 64 years and family by his side.  Cherished father of Maureen and late husband Davis Dean, and Paul and wife Joanne of Ottawa.  Proud grandfather of Jamie and Keegan.  Will be missed by sister Irene Plummer and late husband Charles of Ottawa. Russell served overseas in WWII with the Royal Canadian Signal Corps.  He was a  60 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 594, and Life Member of St. John’s Masonic Lodge 35 in Cayuga, Ontario.  He worked for many years with the New York Central Railroad and eventually retired as a Train Master with C.N.R. Russell and Peggy were avid golfers and enjoyed travelling.  They were able to return to Europe several times to visit places he helped liberate. Passed away at his residence in Oshawa on Wednesday April 9, 2014.  Doug Pollock of Oshawa, formerly of Havelock in his 64th year.  Son of the late Claude and Trudy (Watson) Pollock. SPEIRS: Marion Hermina – Nov. 14, 1932 – April 10, 2014 – It is with great sadness in our heart, that we announce the peaceful passing of Marion at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the age of 81.  Marion is predeceased by her beloved husband John of 55 years.  Dear mother of Jim (Darlene). She is survived by 3 sisters, Ellen (John) Dennis, Alice West, Franne Henderson and many treasured nieces and nephews. Marion is predeceased by her mother Alice Margaret Lyon Packer and father James Frank Packer, sister Vesta Dukelow, brother Tom Packer and brother-in-law James West.  We would like to thank all of Caressant Care and Ross Memorial Hospital staff or the exceptional care and also the support from friends and family. LANGIILLE, Daniel “Donnie” – At the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, April 10, 2014, Donnie Langille of St. Thomas at the age of 69.  He was the son of the late Daniel and Gertrude Langille.  Survived by his children Lisa, Rene and Dawn as well as his grandchildren.  Dear brother of Jenny Chambers and Shirley Crowe, both of Pictou, Nova Scotia.  Donnie will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews as well as his great nieces and great nephews.  Predeceased by his sisters Isabel Langille (May 1964), Beverley Ede (June 2011), his brothers Scott Langille (June 2004) and Raymond Langille (February 2014) as well as his dear niece Dianne Fleming (February 2014).  A graveside service will take place at later date in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Woodstock where he and his niece Dianne will be interred together.  If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association  through the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St, North , Woodstock, 519-537-3611. Of Windsor, Ontario. Passed away peacefully on April 8th, 2014 at 49 years of age. Born in Oshawa, Ontario on August 28th 1964. He is survived by wife Brenda Boutcher (King), two children Holly and Nathan Boutcher, both parents Jean (Monroe) and Howard Boutcher, 2 brothers, Gordon and Alan and sister Wanda (Newman) Boutcher. Ron also had many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Ron was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all. BREEN; Suddenly at South  Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Friday April, 11 2014, Beverly Jane (Hutchinson)  Breen of Grand Cove Estates, Grand Bend, formerly of Sandy Cove, Innisville,  and Georgetown, age 77.  # 1 Pal is gone,  survived by # 2 Pal Ron Breen.  Loved  mother and mother-in-law of Cheryl and Joe Da Ponte of Guelph and Steve Breen of  Georgetown.  Cherished grandma of Shelby  (Gerald) Adam (Christine), Troy and Megan and great-grandma of Caleb and Corson.  Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held at T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home,  Dashwood on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour  prior.  Rev.
