DUGGAN, Patrick Charles

Posted by on January 19, 2017

Our beloved, Patrick Charles Duggan, took his final breath on January 15th and transitioned sweetly from this world to the next. Serenely, in the arms of his cherished wife and brother, he died as he had lived – with courage, grace, positivism and an unending concern for others.

Devoted husband to Kelly, father to Carter, son to Angus and Donna (d), brother to Jayson, uncle to Noah, Ethan, Adam, Max and Benjamin, and godfather to Gabriel, he touched the lives of many as a dear friend, nephew, brother/son-in-law, cousin and colleague.

With his brilliant flame extinguished far too soon, after a brief and valiant battle with cancer, it is now up to us to spread his love. We know your hearts are breaking just as much as ours, so we invite you to please channel your grief by committing a random act of kindness in Patrick’s name.

Let’s be grateful for each day, be kind to one another, honour nature, be strong advocates for healthcare, education and citizenship. And, let’s always remember to “Chase the Sunshine” in his name. He would have loved that.

We are forever grateful for your love and support throughout our journey…

Kelly, Carter, Angus, Jayson, Jessica and Benjamin
