Wendy Leanne Oliver (Brown) 1962-2017 In her 55-year Wendy passed away peacefully with her husband, children, and family by her side at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Hospital, on Sunday Oct 1st, 2017, it was also Wade and Wendy’s 34th wedding anniversary. Wendy’s true love was her husband Wade, and children Jessica (Lewis), Josh, and new granddaughter Daisy Jean. Wendy is survived by her siblings Susan (Greg, Laura, Lane, Jade, Olivia, Layla, Danica, Harper), Clive, Natalie (Kyle, Jack, Alec), Brenda (Jeremy, Kingston, Mason), Alex (Cheryl), and Vanessa (Jon, Luke, and Matthew), and step mother Bernadette. Truly Wendy’s biggest joy in life was being with her family. Wendy was very active over the years supporting the local skating and minor hockey clubs when her kids were young, whatever they were into she was into. Wendy worked at the Township of Muskoka Lakes for the past 19 years, and enjoyed working alongside her co-workers, putting a smile on their face from morning till night. Whether you knew Wendy for 10 minutes or 10 years She left a foot print in your heart. In recent years Wendy has traveled many miles on the back of Wades bike snuggled in behind him touring with their Delfago family. Wendy will be forever missed by her many family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at the Port Carling Community Center Friday, Nov. 3, 2017, from 1 – 4pm.
