Nicli, James Arthur of Dorchester and formerly of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 19th, 2012, at the L.H.S.C. (Victoria Campus), in his 74th year. Dearly loved husband of Lucille Marie (Beaudry) Nicli and loved father of Cheryl and her husband Michael Muma and Paul and his wife Mara Nicli, all of St. Thomas. Much loved grandfather of Rachael, Sarah and Joseph. Dear brother of Bob and his wife Katherine Nicli of St. Thomas and Marye McCaig of Collingwood. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Jim was born in St. Thomas on July 17th, 1939, the son of the late Arturo and Beulah (Piper) Nicli. Jim was a successful businessman for over 40 years as co- owner of Elgin Construction and Nicli Aggregate.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Mary Immaculate Church, 1980 Trafalgar St., London, Ontario on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place private interment of ashes in Holy Angels’ Cemetery. Visitation at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined. Remembrances would be appreciated to the Building Fund of Mary Immaculate Church.
