Philip passed away November 13, 2013 in London, Ontario following a well-fought battle with heart disease. Predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Patricia (nee Jobin). Dear best friend of Jeannette Rezoski, father of Cathy Hosowich (Calgary), Gary Mousseau and wife Margaret (Waterloo), Barbara Wright and husband Bruce (Belleville). Grandfather to eight grandchildren: Tracy and David Hosowich; Claire, Matthew, Veronica and Dan Mousseau; Tim and Becky Wright. Predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Lena Mousseau (nee Durocher). Also predeceased by his brother Lionel and wife Naomi, and sister Marcelle. He is survived by brother and sister-in-law Leonard and Bernice Jobin, Margaret Jobin, Fred Herbrand and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Phil was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4386, Branch 594 of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Windsor Sportsman Club. Phil retired from Daimler Chrysler in 1987 and has enjoyed tennis, golf, bowling and travelling in his retirement years. Special thanks to the University Cardiac Care ICU Team. If you so desire, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will be Monday from 3-5 and 7-9pm Prayers at 4:30pm. On Tuesday, family and friends are invited to meet at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (4401 Mount Royal Dr.) after 9am followed by Mass at 10:00am. Interment to follow Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
