Peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Isabel Moore (nee Nicol) passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at the age of 93. Loving wife of the late Wm. Marshall Moore (1996). Cherished mother of Mary Moore, Marsha and Randy Simoneaux and Bill and Chris Moore.  Treasured grandmother to Lee, Gillian, Megan, Nicole and Natalie.  Survived by dear sister Margaret LeConte (Howard) and many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by sisters Vera Moore (Clayton), Melba Hollands (Horace), brothers Keith, Delmar (Clara), Alec (Lyla), Graydon (Jean) and Lloyd, and brothers and sisters-in-law Jim Moore (Mabel) and Cameron Moore (Ruth). Isabel was born June 5, 1918, in Moore Township to the late James and Louisa Nicol.  She was a life-long member of London Road West United Church and UCW.  Isabel was an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan and enjoyed sports of all kinds. A special thank you to Nicole Oosterhof of Bayshore Health, Dr. Glenn Maddison and the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospice for their wonderful care. Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 16, 2012, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Smith Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
