MONTANINO, Vincenza – Peacefully at Bluewater Health surrounded by her extensive loving family and community after a brief and sudden battle with cancer on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the age of 77. Beautiful and loving wife of Vincenzo and incredibly devoted mother of Teresa Montanino, Sarnia. Sister of Antoinetta, Carmela, and Antonio, Italy. Predeceased by sisters Maria and Rosina Coppolla, Italy. Also surviving are an abundance of nieces & nephews both in Europe and North America. Our dear Vincenza selflessly gave of her time and creative talents to provide light and advice in the lives of many people for over 50 years in the community with her husband as business owner of Speedy Auto Wash, Inc. and individually as an original and long-standing member of the Catholic Woman’s League, as well as other community groups giving care and support to the elderly.
Master wife, mother, chef, embroiderer, artist, nurturer and gentle soul that walked on this earth with beauty and grace
You gave all of us the gift of your smile
And taught us how to forgive at every turn,
Allowing us to accept each other as unique and important regardless of status or social class,
You will always be remembered in our hearts, and you will be greatly missed.
