Mogk, Helen Aletha “Lee” of St. Thomas, passed away on Wednesday, November 14th, 2012, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Carman George Mogk (1997) and dearly loved mother of Randy Mogk (Nancy) of St. Thomas, Terri Mogk (Al Youngash) Of St. Thomas and the late Wendy Mogk (2011). Loved grandmother of Sam and Alex. Dear sister of Donald McMillan (Margaret) of Gadshill and the late Clare McMillan. Lee was born in Perth County on March 25th, 1926, the daughter of the late Lorne and Beatrice (Capling) McMillan. She was a retired elementary school teacher and taught in Brodhagan, Ottawa, Port Arthur and St. Thomas. She was a member of the Superannuated Teachers of Ontario, the Curling Club and the Aylmer Baptist Church.

A public Memorial service to celebrate Lee’s life will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Tuesday, November 20th, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation on Monday evening 7-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place with private interment in Hampstead Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
