BLANCHE IRENE McMANAMAN (nee Cross), of Petrolia passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospice,
Sarnia on Monday, January 7, 2013, with her son at her side, in her 91st year.  She was the wife of the late Frank
(1999).  Cherished and loving mother to Brian (Lynn) McManaman of Petrolia, Blanche (the late Michael) McLaughlin, the
late Nancy Cordero (1982) and the late Loretta Moreno (2011).  She will also be greatly missed by her
grandchildren Courtney McManaman and husband Ahmad Fissal, Keely Cordero,
Joella Cordero, Laurette Esslinger and husband Randy, Troy Kessler, and Riannon
Moreno, and her great grandchildren Ali, Leonardo, Emilio, Celestina,
Annabelle, Cameron, Reyna, and Julia, and her beloved son-in-law Richard
Moreno.  She will also be missed by her many friends and also her care-givers at Albany Retirement Villa.  Special thank you to the staff and volunteers
at St. Joseph’s Hospice.  She was predeceased by her parents Harry and Minnie Cross and her brother Joe
Cross.   Visitors will be received on Friday from 6 to
8 p.m. from the NEEDHAM-JAY FUNERAL HOME,
Petrolia where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at
1:00 p.m.  Pastor Tim Brown officiating.  As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the St. Joseph’s Hospice of
