It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing on Sunday, November 11, 2012 in Chelmsford at the age of 68 years. Son of the late Nick MacLean and the late Eileen (née Leadbeater) MacLean. Beloved husband of the late Claire (née Bélanger) MacLean.  Loving father of Sean MacLean (Nancy) of Laval, Québec and Micheal-Ann MacLean (John) of Sudbury.  Dear brother of  Francis ( Gay Marie) of Chelmsford, Larry ( Linda) of Sudbury and Jean Nerpin (Ron) of Onaping.  Cherished grandfather of Kelly-Ann and Jonathan. Wayne will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Wayne spent 30 years working as a miner at Falconbridge mine.  One of his many pastimes was fishing, playing cards and spending hours talking about cars.  He loved the outdoors but his true passion in life was his late wife Claire and there two children. In keeping with Wayne’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Red Cross or the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be greatly appreciated. Arrangments entrusted to the Cooperative Funeral Home, Chelmsford.
