August 15, 1962 – October 27, 2014
Dearly loved daughter of Iris Rae Liles and the late Raymond Liles (1998). Dearest sister and best friend of Barbara Ann Liles. Beloved niece of Douglas & Alison McArthur, Jim & Janetta McArthur, Ruth Liles, and Kenneth & Martha Liles. Also mourned by many cousins and their families. She is gone to join our Saviour on this day. Tricia was an employee at Canada Revenue Agency and the Ontario Ministry of Finance. She was a lifelong member of Glenwood United Church. Tricia loved travel, literature, art and music, animals, God and her family. She craved knowledge and above all else, she was a fighter. She had struggled with her health since she was 18, but she never let it stop her from overcoming the odds and living her life. She believed in miracles and they came true for her many times. She learned not to sweat the small stuff but rather to focus on the big picture. Her mantra was “There are two ways to live your life, one as though nothing is a miracle, the other as though everything is. Choose miracles.” The family would like to thank Doug, Chief Michael and the rest of the firefighters, the cardiac care nurse, EMS attendants and passersby who stopped to help, and the nurses, chaplain and doctors at the ER. Thanks also to the nurses and doctors at the dialysis unit in Windsor, and the MOTS unit in London. If you so desire, donations to Care for Kidneys would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. On Saturday, family and friends are invited to meet after 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 Rev. Cathy Collins-Barker, officiating. Interment at Victoria Memorial Gardens. Share memories, photos or make a donation at
