LAURIN, AlfredThe family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the age of 64 years. Son of the late Elzéar and Rosabelle (née Jones) Laurin. Beloved husband of Cécile (née Larocque) Laurin. Loving father of Tammy (Jeff) Neeb and Bernard (Lori). Dear brother of Maurice (Deanna), Muriel (late Freeman Murphy), Richard (Yollande), Shirley (Conrad Mainville), Caroline Leclair, Michel (Nicole), Béatrice (Marcel Pharand), Marlene Laurin (John Lytle), Anita Livingstone, Janet Laurin (Reg MacPhee) and Judy Laurin (David McDougall). He was much loved and will be dearly missed by his grand-children, Bailee Laurin, Brodey Laurin and Caleb Neeb. Fred retired from Inco after 30 years of service. Passionate about the great outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and ATVing. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Agnes church in Azilda. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Lung Association or Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
