KNIPEwebKeith “Bud” Knipe, of Hanover, passed away suddenly at the Hanover & DistrictHospital on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, in his 83rd year.

Born in Clifford to the late Gordon and Irene (nee Seiler) Knipe. Bud was the proud owner and operator of Knipes TV and Appliances for many years.

Survived by sons David (Norma) Knipe of Owen Sound, Jim (Gail) Knipe of Neustadt, grandchildren Taylor, Kaitlyn, Jacquelyn and Benjamin. Also remembered by his sister Jean (Kenneth) Diebel of Pike Bay, sisters and brothers in law Verna Nickel of Hanover, Audrey Behr of London, Reuben Weppler of Brampton, Paul (Yvonne) Weppler of St. Clements and Brian (Wendy) Weppler of Burlington. Predeceased by his wife Marie (nee Weppler), sister in law Violet and brother in law Carl Nickel.

Visitation was held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where a Funeral Service was held on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 11:00 am.  Rev. John Polacok officiated.

Interment in Hanover Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the WestParkHospital or to Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
