Peacefully surrounded by her family at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Thursday November 1, 2012, DIANNE HEATHER HYATT (NEE McLAY) of Camlachie, passed away at the age of 57. Beloved wife and best friend of Walter Hyatt. Loving mother of Michael Hyatt (Heather Cunningham) of Sarnia and Heather Dyck (Marvin) of Cambridge. Cherished grandma of Ryan, Amy, Jenna, Aliya, and Eleanor Dyck. Dear sister of John McLay (Ivy) of North Bay, Allan McLay (late Joyce) of Mississauga, Mary Lemmond (late Bill) of Port Huron, late Dee and Ted Knowles of Hepworth, late Bud McLay (Charon) of Stokes Bay, Danny McLay (Linda) of Lion’s Head and sister-in-law Margery Hopper (nee Hyatt) (Rob Lukings) of London. Dianne is survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Norman and Ellen McLay, father- and mother- in-law Keith and Helen Hyatt, nephews Scott and Cragg Hopper, and Wayne Knowles. Dianne and her husband Walt opened Kwik Kopy Design and Print Centre in Sarnia in 1988, which is now operated by their son. She was a hockey enthusiast and was a dedicated fan to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Dianne will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted through Smith Funeral Home (1576 London Line, Sarnia ON).
