Alberta Hutton, formerly of Hanover, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.  She was 95.

Alberta was born in Walkerton to the late Thomas and Rosetta (nee Fenner) Hutton on July 31, 1918. She was a caregiver for her parents while on the farm for many years. She enjoyed playing the piano in her spare time and enjoyed company with her special cousin Johnny Meyers with whom they shared a brother-like bond until he was sent off to war.

Survived by her sister in law Arla Hutton of Hanover, nephews Tom Hutton of R#1 Hanover, Randy (Betty) Hutton of R#3 Hanover, Daryl (Faye) Hutton of R#4 Harriston and nieces Anne (Richard) Tenden of Welland and Faye (Dell) Mercey of Wingham.  She will be remembered fondly by her many great and great great nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brothers Andrew, Thomas Hutton and special cousin Johnny Meyers.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 10 am until time of a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.   Rev. Rienk Vlietstra officiating.  Interment in Walkerton Cemetery.
