Hindley, Lana Jean of Union, passed peacefully, on Wednesday, September 26th, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, in her 69th year. Dearly loved wife of Kenneth Hindley and loved mother of Dawne Hindley and Deanna Hindley (Jim Dadson). Much loved grandmother of Gregory and Kailee Dadson and Connor Hindley. Dear sister of Lynda Suitor of St. Thomas and Paul Suitor (Jeannie) of Grand Bend. Dear step-sister of Denie-Jo McFadden of British Columbus and Renee Crombez of Blenheim. Sadly missed by her 4 legged friend Jake. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Lana was born in Chatham on May 17th, 1944, the daughter of the late Percy and Denise (VanLierde) Suitor. Lana was a member of Union United Church. She and her husband were charter members of Tin Can Tours, Vintage Trailer Club.

Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Union Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, War Amps or choice
