It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Sweet Valentine in her 90th year. Our matriarch has been leading the Hind team since 1968. Welcoming her into heaven her beloved husband Bob (1968). She was the devoted and cherished mother of 7 children; Bonnie (George) Lewsaw, Bob (Cathy) Hind, Mary Ann (Jack, 2010) Krutsch, Bett (Pat) Pitre, Barb (Peter) Munro, Patti (Pete) Napier and Debbie (Armand) Tratechaud. Much loved and respected grandmother to 20 grandchildren; Joel (Melinda), Jeff (Anne Margaret), Kate (Nathan), Matthew (Nicole), Shannon, Tracey (Rowlee), Jay (Michaela), Robin, Krista (Joe), Kerry (Ray), Kim (Greg), Kyla, Amy, Rob (Krista), Jaime (Doug), Jodi, Jason, Renee, Nathan (Victoria) and Justine. Delighted and adored Babcia to 35 great-grandchildren; Jared, Jacob, Jackson, Juliet, Andrew, Myah, Fiona, Reese, Gus, Grace, John, Tessa (2013), Bryanna, Owen, Joshua, Samantha, Jesse, Adam, Jake, Kameron, Autumn, Kelsey, Brady, Amanda, Hailey, Abby, Ben, Megan, Ryan, Taylor, Emily, Hannah, Daniel, Bryson and Jace. Proud great-great-Babcia to Jax. Jean will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews especially the Skiba, Osuch and Furmanek clans, many friends and fellow Spitfire fans. Jean was a woman of great faith. She enjoyed bowling, was an avid card player and loved to watch and listen to the Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs and was THE #1 Spitfire fan. Jean retired from Champion Spark Plug. Jean will be remembered for her laugh (knee slapping giggle), kind heart and love of the Lord. If you so desire, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Downtown Mission would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 2-5pm & 7-9pm. CWL & Parish Prayers Monday 7:30pm at Families First 1065 Lauzon Rd. East Windsor, 519-969-5841. On Tuesday, friends are invited to join the family after 9am at Our Lady of Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade) followed by Funeral Mass at 10am. Interment St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
