HAZLETT: Joseph Orval age 82  of R. R. # 6 Wallaceburg passed away Wednesday May 30, 2012 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance Sydenham Campus. Born in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan son of the late Russell and Laura Hazlett. Orval was a former member of the Tupperville Fire Department.   He enjoyed participating in tractor pulls, snowmobiling and C.B. radio.  Surviving is his wife Phyllis (Perry) Hazlett, daughters: Catherine Hazlett of Sombra and Kim Stuart of Guelph, a grandson Jamie Drury; sister-in-law Shirley Hazlett of Port Lambton,  brother Harold Hazlett of Oregon and brother-in-law Gordon Lake of B.C.  Predeceased by brothers Roland and Robert, sisters: Mary, Clara, Bella, Elsie and Marguerite. Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home 620 Cross St. Dresden Friday 2-4 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home Friday June 1, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Cathy Larmond officiating.  Cremation to follow with interment of cremated remains in Arnold Cemetery at a later date.
