HAWKE: Elizabeth Marie age 80 of Dresden passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at CKHA Sydenham Campus, Wallaceburg. She was born in Drummond, N.B. daughter of the late Anthony and Jane (Mosreal) Geneau. She is predeceased by her first husband Claude Lagace in 1995 and second husband Daniel Hawke in 2011. She is survived by three daughters Linda Theriault (Alain) of Grand Falls N.B., Mary Irwin (David) and Anne Marie Lagace both of Wallaceburg; eight sons: Clarence Lagace (Donna) and Patrick Lagace (Georgina) both of Grand Falls N.B., Alain Lagace of Dresden, Armand Geneau (Donna) of Texas, Clifford Lagace (Barbara), Guy Lagace (Cecile), Dave Lagace (Cathy) and Maurice Lagace Jr. (Meggan) all of Dresden; grandchildren: Tina & Richard Theriault, Matthew, Christopher, D.J. Irwin & Jeannine Baxter, Karen & April Lagace, Jennifer & Michelle Lagace, Breanne & Jacob Lagace; several great grandchildren; sisters: Madeline Rossignol, Germaine Leclerc and Margaret Geneau all of Grand Falls N.B., Ida Laflemme of Quebec; brothers: Paul Geneau, Anthony Geneau and Leo Geneau all of Grand Falls N.B. She is predeceased by daughters Jeannine Lagace & Diane Baxter; grandchildren Brian, & Jessica, three brothers Gilbert, Camille and Gaston Geneau and sister Eva Cote. Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A  Funeral Mass will be celebrated  at St. Michael’sCatholic Church Dresden Friday at 1:00 p.m.with Fr. John Betkowski as celebrant.  Interment in Dresden Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
