> Peacefully passed away on Wednesday August 22 2017 surrounded by family at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital in Oakville.

> Originally born in Nottingham England, Barbara was raised during the war. While serving in the army she met the love of her life and husband; Michael Gregory. In 1951, they immigrated to Canada with their daughter Lin and choose to live in Sarnia.
>
> Barbara was a successful business woman and operated her own hair salons for many years. Always the one to be social, Barbara loved hosting parties and having friends to her home. Together with her husband, Barbara had a passion for traveling and was fortunate to see many beautiful places- her favourite being Hawaii.
>
> Know for her British wit and sense of humour, she always had funny stories to tell. As an astute reader she was knowledgable about many topics and would always win top prize at scrabble and jeopardy.
>
> Barbara had a deep love of painting which is continued for many years until her death.
>
> Affectionally known as “Grandma Barbie” she is survived by her only daughter Lin Watts (Gregory) of Austin Texas and her 6 grandchildren, Jason and Michela of Toronto, Samantha, Alexa, Vanessa and Saraphina of Austin Texas. Blessed to be a Great Grandmother to Wesley, Isabella, Madeleine, Natalie, Joshua, and the twins Kye and Kendyl
