John A. Good, age 59, passed away in his home in Taylor, BC on June 17, 2017.
John is survived by his daughter Meghan, his son Kyle, his brothers Tony and Chris, and his sister Linda.

John was born on May 3rd, 1958 to his parents, John and Deborah Good, in Middleton, Nova Scotia. John spent most of his childhood in Ontario, where he graduated from Bayside Secondary School. Being the son of a military man, John and his family spent a few of his teenage years in Germany. These years were cherished by John and his siblings and they had many adventures exploring the remnants from WW2.

John worked as an electrician and loved his job. When he wasn’t working he always kept active with hobbies such as carpentry, fishing, and playing hockey. John started a family while working on an aviation fuel line in Whitehorse, Yukon before moving on to work for Northwestel. As his family expanded, he moved to Surrey, BC where he raised his two children. A small-town boy at heart, John recently relocated to Taylor, BC where, not coincidentally, he bought a home across the street from a golf course. He very much enjoyed the slower pace and scenery of the small town and spent as many days at the Golf Course as he could.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00pm on Saturday, September 23rd at the Lone Wolf Golf club at 9999 99th Avenue in Taylor, BC.
