Shirley Drummond Photo for NewspaperPassed away peacefully at Cama Woodlands LTC, Burlington with her family by her side on Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at the age of 87 years.  Beloved wife of her late husband Donald (2000).  Loving mother to Debra (Glenn, deceased) Parks, and Linda (David) Funger.  Proud grandmother to Jennifer, Sarah, Lyndsay (David), Brittany and Danielle.  Adoring great-grandmother to Sidney, Noah, Chloe and Mackenzie.  Shirley is survived by her sister Bette Allan of Arizona.  Shirley was a strong family minded woman that thoroughly enjoyed exploring the genealogy of both the Green and Drummond families.  Longtime member and Trustee of St. James United Church where she served many years in the choir and various other committees.  She will be missed but remembered by many relatives and friends.  Visitation will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, Sunday from 5-8 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at ST. JAMES UNITED CHURCH, 306 Parkside Dr., Waterdown on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11 a.m.  Reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall.  Family internment Hamilton Cemetery.  Donations to St. James United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.  Please sign the Book of Condolence at
