In loving memoDESORMEAUX, Ronaldry of Ronald “Bidou” Desormeaux, 84 years.  Son of the late Joseph and the late Hélène (née Demers) Desormeaux.  Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, January 4th, 2013 at Health Sciences North.  Beloved husband of Georgette (née Lalonde) Desormeaux of Val Caron.  Loving father of Claudette Bodson (Robert) of Edmonton, Claude (Noëlla) of Val Thérèse, Patricia Leroux (Gerry) of Whitefish Falls, Ronald Jr. of Worthington, Jeanne Ouellet (Ron) of Val Caron and Tom (friend Aimee) of New Brunswick.  Survived by his sisters Cécile Pelletier and Yvonne Côté.  Predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Thomas, Antoinette Croteau, Olive Hébert, Rose-Anne Bruneau, Omer, Stephen, Hervé, Ted, Thérèse Martin, Délorèse and Rita Yurich. Beloved grandfather of 14 grandchildren Réjean, Renée, Liane, Ginette, Diane, Natalie (predeceased), Gilles, Tiffany, Denise, Kayla, Dean, Hailey, Chloe, Abagail and 10 great-grandchildren Ava, Cole, Bryson, Ashton, Dominic, Alexis, Lucas, Téah, Amélie and Marloh.  Bidou was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He also enjoyed camping with his family and lots of friends.  One thing Dad loved to do was having a party.  The family wishes to express their appreciation towards the staff at Health Sciences North for their kind and compassionate care given to Bidou.  The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 11 a.m. in Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse.  Donations (by cheque only) can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
