DELORME, LauretteThe family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, May 25, 2014 at the venerable age of 100 years. Wife of the late Joseph Delorme. Daughter of the late Napoléon and Eudoxie (née Lemury) Provost. Beloved mother of Rita Delorme, René (Claudette), Sister Yvette Delorme S.C.O. and Pauline Portelance (Roland). Predeceased by her son Robert. Survived by her dear sister Thérèse Prévost (late Jean-Louis). Predeceased by her sisters, Jeannine Dakin (late Charlie), Alice Lamarche (late Henri), Gilberte Villeneuve (late Lucien), Irène Gobeil (late Léon) and Bernadette Benoit (late Dominique). Her 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. In her younger years, Laurette was a member of the « Club d’âge d’or », the « Fédération des femmes chrétiennes (FFCF) and” La Vie montante” of Azilda. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. The family expresses its heartfelt appreciation to the staff on the 3rd floor (Tulip Place) at Pioneer Manor for their kind and compassionate care given. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in “Paroisse Ste-Agnès”, Azilda. As expressions of sympathy, donations (by cheque only) to The Pioneer Manor would be appreciated.
