Dadson, Florence of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully, on Sunday, December 16th, 2012, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Murray Dadson and loved mother of Douglas and his wife Connie Dadson and the late Ann Corrigan (2005). Dear mother-in-law of Ralph Corrigan of Cookstown. Dear sister of Pauline Eames of Glencoe, the late J. Orville Thompson, twin sister late Bess Closs and the late Paul Walker. Loved grandmother of Margaret Donaldson, Michael Dadson, Jeanette Bradbury (Tom), Jonathan Corrigan (Stacey) and the late Murray Dadson. Sadly missed by 12 great grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Florence was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on April 13th, 1915, the daughter of the late Charlie and Annie Thompson. She lived most of her life in St. Thomas and was a long time active member of Grace United Church.

Resting at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Elmdale Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation.
