COLEMAN, Beatrice Doris – Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Beatrice (Wagner) of Peterborough in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Victor Coleman. Cherished mother of Julie Coleman of Peterborough and Karen Coleman Gregory of London, Ontario. Dearly loved by grandsons Robin Gregory (Alyson) of Toronto and Andrew Gregory (Sarah) of Prince George, B.C. Predeceased by her parents Frederick and Pauline Wagner. Bea is survived by her brother Ralph Wagner (late Margaret) and sister-in-law Jean Wagner (late Douglas), both of Stratford. Predeceased by sisters Ruth Cahill (Lorne), Audrey Brown (Charles), brother Stanley Wagner (Eileen) and sisters-in-law Jean Menzies (Roy) and Elizabeth Menzies (Raye). Aunt Bea will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. A heartfelt thanks to the Community Care Access Centre and We Care Home Health Services for their wonderful caregiving and support. Thank you to the staff and residents of Applewood Retirement Residence for their kindness and friendship. Special thanks to earthly angels Linda and Jim Dorsett and Vivian and Jim Falls for their love and support in the care of our mother. Friends will be received at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2014, followed by a funeral service in the Ashburnham Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to a reception in the Legacy Room immediately following the funeral service. Interment at Little Lake Cemetery.   If desired, condolences to the family, directions to the service or donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at or by calling 705-740-0444.
