Mrs. Margaret Mary Cogghe, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg at the age of 95 years.
Margaret was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Cyriel and Adronia (Demeulenaere) Seys.
Beloved wife of the late Marcel Cogghe (2001).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Arlene (Bill) Lauwers, Cyril (Marion) Cogghe, Mary De Roeven, the late Michael (Diana) Cogghe, Diane (Don) Barnier, David (Norma) Cogghe, the late Joe Cogghe (Joanne), Jim Cogghe (Janet), Jayne McDowell, Dan (Deb) Cogghe, Chris (the late Carol) Cogghe (Sue) and the late Tom Cogghe.
Sadly missed by 37 grandchildren, 74 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
Predeceased by a great grandson, Ryan Kennedy and her 3 brothers and 9 sisters.
Friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd., 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 6, 2013 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Wallaceburg at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Greg Bonin, Celebrant.
Interment will be held at a later date in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
Parish Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 3 :30 pm.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Vincent de Paul or Right to Life Kent may be left at the funeral home.
