CHUTE, Pauline Idabelle – in her 69th year, fought a courageous 22 year battle with Parkinson’s. She peacefully left this world with her family by her side on Saturday, September 8th, 2012 at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. Her grandchildren will forever be inspired by her endless optimism, strength and bravery. Loved by her husband, Carl, daughters, Lisa MacIntyre (Kevin) Port Stanley and Mandy Adzija (Robert) St. Thomas, grandchildren, Taylor, Stephanie, Carley MacIntyre, Anders and Lexie Adzija, step sons Kevin, Jeff (deceased) Noelville. Her brothers James Walker and wife, Shiela, Winnipeg; Ray Walker and wife, Shirley, St. Thomas; Howard Walker (deceased) and wife, Donna, London; Pete Walker and wife, Muriel (deceased), London; Rev. Ron Walker (deceased) and wife, Anne, St. Thomas. Her sisters Helen Austin (deceased) and husband, Alf (deceased), St. Thomas and Doris McGregor (deceased) and husband, Bill (deceased), Fort Erie. Pauline will be dearly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her mother and father, Ellis and Mildred (Kelly) Walker of Orwell.

Resting at WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Fingal Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the Complex Continuing Care Unit at the STEGH, the Community Care Access Centre or the Parkinson’s Society of Southwestern Ontario.
