CHOQUETTE, MarietteHas entered the House of the Lord August 1st, 2013 after a long illness.  Dearly beloved daughter of Jean and Yolande (née Lapierre) Giroux of Warren.  Beloved wife of Arthur “Art” Choquette of Sudbury.  Loving mother of Stéphane at home, Philipe (Renée) of Val Caron and Daniel (Sylvie) of Sudbury. Survived by her siblings Gérard (Lucienne) and Francine Viau (Don) of Lavigne, Thérèse McDonald (Gilbert Gareau) and Louise Laferrière (Raymond) of Sturgeon Falls, Jean Claude (Francine), Luc (Mary Anne) and Gisèle Jodouin (John) all of Verner and Lucie McGonigal (Daniel) of Calgary and two grandchildren Gabriella, Abigail and many nieces and nephews.  Mariette operated The Market Place on Notre-Dame with her family for 30 years.  Her passion was her knitting for others.  She was very dedicated to her family. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Tuesday, August 6th, 2013 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m.  A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 7th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.  Donations (by cheque only) to the St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
