Born on December 5, 1974 in Squamish, BC, Kris is predeceased by his loving mother Kitty Casey and survived by a family that will miss him very much – his father Merv Casey (Marilyn), sister Michelle Casey (Andrew), sister Kristen O’Connor (Shane) and brother David Casey (Mary), nieces Angela Corfe, Ashley O’Connor & Thea Casey as well as nephews Cole O’Connor and Kieran Casey.

As a child Kris lived various places around BC and Alberta, he was a fun loving child who had quite the sense of humor and loved to play pranks and practical jokes. Kris always had a love for animals throughout his life and especially for his cats.

Kris spent the majority of the last 2 decades in Vancouver where he developed a strong network of life long friends and people that left an imprint on his life and in his heart. So many people, friends old & new and healthcare workers were there for him and we would like to thank all of the people who were there for Kris in his times of need, the stories and memories you have reached out to share have brought much comfort.
