Passed away peacefully with her daughter Kathryn by her side on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket in her 93rd year. Norine was a resident of Sunrise of Aurora and formerly of Komoka, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Colin Campbell (1987) and dearly loved mother of Kathryn Anderson and her late husband John (2008) of Richmond Hill, Grandma “C” to Christine Quinn (Brandon) of Hamilton and Robert Anderson (Meegan) of Sudbury, Great Grandma “C” to Logan and Jake Quinn and Mackenzie and Jack Anderson. Dear sister of Alison Pearce of London. Predeceased by her brother Franklin (1994), sisters Mary Oldham (2007) and Dora Blachford (2010). Much loved and cherished by many nieces and nephew. Norine was born in Wallacetown March 5, 1920, the daughter of the late Ernest and Alice Pearce of Wallacetown. Norine graduated from Westervelt College and worked for CNR and Bell Canada before she married Colin in 1950 and settled in Komoka.  She was an avid reader, loved music and was an active member of her church where she played the organ for many years. Special thanks to the staff of Sunrise of Aurora for their compassionate care, to the PSWs from Regional Nursing Service, especially Claudette and to the Doctors and nurses at Southlake Regional Health Centre for their respect, focus on dignity and compassion. Family and friends will be received at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Sunday, March 3rd from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday March 4th at 11 a.m.  Interment at Campbell Cemetery, Komoka.
