This extraordinary, wonderful lady was born on September 8, 1920 at Settefrati, Frosinone, Italy. Predeceased by her husband Michele (1983).   Cherished mother of Americo “Rick” Buzzeo (Teresa), the late twins Amelia & Filomena (1943), the late Enrico (1945), Laura Mardegan (Antonio), and Antonietta Buzzeo (Italy). Loving nonna of Anna Lecours (Greg), Michael Buzzeo (Kelly), David Buzzeo (Melissa), Lisa Mardegan, Rosanna Mardegan, Giancarlo Mardegan (Joanna), and Stephanie Buzzeo (Italy). Loving great-grandmother of Michaela, Mackenzie, Liam, Ethan, Krista (Jacob), Joel, Ava and Luca. Predeceased by her parents Enrico and Francesca Malizia and by her siblings Marietta Iatonna (Giuseppe), Felicita Frattaroli (Annibale), and Marco Malizia (Anna). She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Anna’s spirit of generosity knew no bounds. She welcomed and fed anyone who came to her home and taught her family the value of dignity, selflessness and respect for others. In lieu of flowers, to honour Anna’s legacy, if you so desire, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
