(Born January 1, 1921 in Paisley, Scotland) After a brief illness at age 92 years, passed away at home with family by her side. Dearly beloved wife of the late Fred Booker (1992). Predeceased by her daughter Roberta (1946) and survived and greatly missed by daughters Carol (Bob) McDougall, Jane (Frank) Dyke and son Glenn Booker. Also sadly missed by grandchildren Robbie, Shawn, Kevin (Garrett), Frankie, Kathy (Dyke), great grandchildren Christine, Nicole, Brittany, Annie, Ariel, Roxy, Lola-Lilly, Casey, Ashley, Nathan, Alyssa, Christopher, Katelyn, great great grandson Ethan and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was a remarkable woman with many talents. A professional actor and member of ACTRA Fraternal and Equity since 1974-actor, writer, producer, director. She was a woman with an incredible imagination and an independent and  resilient person who was devoted to family always. A special thank you to great niece Lori Whibbs and family and the nurses from CCAC for the excellent service and constant support. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., (between Islington & Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. A Celebration of her Life will take place on Wednesday in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Springcreek Cemetery, Clarkson. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Kidney Fund or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
